Care Staff Rates

Permanent Care Staff

Percentage of annual net salary (one-time agency fee)

• Full-time: 20%
• Part-time: 22.5%

Temporary Care Staff

Percentage of net salary for the duration (one-time agency fee)

• Full-time: 25%
• Part-time: 27.5%

Relief Care Staff

• £40 per hour (These are our own in-house staff that we can immediately assign for emergency placements)

Notes:

• Minimum fee £395
• Part-time staff are staff employed for less than 30 hrs per week
• All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.
• We do not charge for registering your requirements or for head-hunting your staff.
